Besides the plethora of information found in the latest edition of The Biomechanics of Back Pain, the authors have used this website for posting additional material which includes two extensive PowerPoint presentations which are suitable for senior undergraduate/post graduate teaching purposes – Forces on the Spine and Back Pain.
The site also includes instructive material about the Psychosocial Flags Framework and a short promotional video based upon the work, Get Back Active [The Stationery Office, UK, 2009]. This DVD, which is based on The Back Book, was the winner of the 'Creative Excellence' award at the US International Film and Video Festival, and delivers evidence-based advice on overcoming back pain through a mixture of activities and positive thinking.
Finally, the now full-colour artwork program found within the book is available to download from this site and can be used for teaching purposes free of charge.
